Territory Manager - South & West Ireland

We are looking for our next successful Territory Manager, someone who is outgoing, confident and who can think outside the box as they strive for success.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on your unique skills being responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers and driving market share and sales growth. You will also be responsible for targeting customers by selling and servicing Coloplast’s amazing portfolio of products. The role –
- Meets or exceed selling quotas/ targets by engaging all targeted accounts as well as developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
- Ensures timely advancement of the sales process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contact commitments
- Demonstrates listen and respond selling skills to uncover customer needs and creates a compelling reason for customer to purchase, regardless of contractual constraints
- Plans and documents daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, and utilize the CRM tool for the management of information, including expense management
- Utilize all available tools to maximize sales growth including, but not limited to, Group Purchase Organization and Independent Distributors Network contracts, marketing directives, sales reports and educational materials
- Executes on Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP)
- Knowledge of competitor activity and sales volume in each targeted account.
- Understanding of the workings of the HSE
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increased use of products within target accounts.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge
- Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organization to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand
- Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships particularly with the relevant Coloplast Care Nurse and the marketing team to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Successful sales experience in the medical field (Devices/ Pharma) is preferred
- Results driven sales professional in FMCG industry or similar
- High attention for detail and a desire to be successful
- Engaging and empathetic
- Self-motivated to make a difference for patients with intimate healthcare needs
- Exceptional listening skills
- Personifies Coloplast Mission, Vision and Values
- Understands and successfully follows the sales cycle
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Business acumen
- Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written and oral communication capabilities
