Job function summary
Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate to join one of the fastest growing Medical Device company, whose mission is to make a difference in people’s lives. Coloplast builds everyday use innovative solutions for people with intimate health care needs, dealing with continence and incontinence problems.
The Marketing Associate will support the dynamic Marketing Department with the short-term & long-term portfolio strategy for the Continence Care portfolio supporting our key product brands and will work across the organization to implement marketing plans, develop and deploy programs, and manage specific projects to support the growth objectives of the Continence Care product portfolio.
You will work with a small team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for our business across Saudi-Arabia and GCC, based in Dubai. On a global scale, you will collaborate and partner with a variety of individuals and teams both internally and externally.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Supports in the development of a clear and actionable strategy for the Continence Care portfolio and implements marketing programs driven by market insights leading to grow the KSA & GCC business.
- Developing product promotional materials to support product launches, campaigns, product education, and product commercialization materials.
- Developing, supporting, and providing sales training and materials for all internal and external sales teams to support our growth initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to help guide strategy.
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Maintain marketing databases, prepare reports, handle logistics for marketing events, and manage project timelines.
- Work closely with design, sales, and products teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate and manage specific requirements requested by third-party customers, i.e., customized reports, etc., Respond to all enquiries by third-party customers.
- Regular in-field visits are required in supporting the Sales and Marketing initiatives and building strong customer partnerships with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
- Enhance and Manage customers leads.
- Dynamic, and Enthusiastic in Client Interaction.
- Coordinate and represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Other duties as assigned.
