Travel: Frequent business trips across GCC and Saudi

Shape growth in a high‑potential region

The GCC/Saudi cluster is one of International Markets’ most promising growth engines and mission‑critical to delivering our Impact4 ambition in International Markets. We are investing in capabilities such as Consumer and bringing new innovations to market—most recently SenSura Mio in Ostomy Care and Luja in Continence Care—creating a unique window to accelerate category leadership.

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking an internal high‑potential colleague who is energized by challenge and impact—someone with either:

  • Strong leadership experience (leading leaders / building teams and culture), and/or
  • Proven commercial management of sales in a complex country or multi‑country region (ideally in MedTech/Intimate Healthcare).

You bring commercial acumen, customer centricity, and the ability to execute—from setting a clear plan to delivering results in the field. If you thrive on unlocking growth, developing people, and navigating complexity, this role offers a platform to make a visible difference in a strategic region.

The opportunity

As Country Manager, you will lead the commercial agenda end‑to‑end across a diverse and complex multi‑country footprint. You’ll own the local P&L, set a clear strategic direction, and mobilize the organization to deliver above‑market growth while maintaining operational excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends strategy, execution, and people development:

  • Lead & develop a high‑performing team across Sales, Marketing, Consumer Care and Business Support; foster an inclusive, performance‑oriented culture.
  • Drive launches and market development for SenSura Mio and Luja; shape clinical adoption, consumer activation, and distributor execution.
  • Own commercial performance: plan, forecast, and manage the country/cluster P&L; track results and take decisive corrective actions.
  • Scale consumer capabilities: build a best‑in‑class consumer engine (care, acquisition, retention) to unlock sustainable, long‑term growth.
  • Strengthen routes‑to‑market: balance direct sales with distributor partnerships; elevate account management, pricing, and tender excellence.
  • Represent the cluster with stakeholders: act as the primary link to Region TIGA, HQ functions, key customers, partners, and authorities—ensuring compliance and governance at all times.
