National Clinical Manager

At Coloplast India, we are seeking a passionate and experienced National Clinical Manager to drive clinical conviction, elevate patient outcomes, influence key stakeholders, and build strong preference for our solutions. In this role, you will be leading a team and report to the Country Manager.
Areas of accountability
- Developing a clinical roadmap to support the value proposition across Coloplast’s portfolio
- Driving acceptance of Coloplast product claims in the clinical community through the generation of clinical evidence, earning their endorsement and resulting in guideline enhancements
- Identifying external clinical opinions, perceptions and trends that influence Coloplast performance in India, and where warranted, develop appropriate mitigating strategies
- Engaging key professional groups (including but not restricted to Government and Regulatory Bodies, Teaching Institutes and Medical Associations) and establishing strong relationships to take forward defined initiatives, enhance our corporate image, as well as increase understanding of Coloplast products
- Establishing and driving a scientific agenda in India, by engaging researchers through Coloplast activities and grants, including where appropriate, conducting clinical studies that lead to publications in support of Coloplast business objectives
- Partner with key internal stakeholders in India, and globally, to drive stronger alignment of clinically appropriate strategies at Coloplast
- Represents the company with key customers and stakeholders
Education and Experience
- 15+ total years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with healthcare industry
- Degree in Medicine, preferably post graduate
Required knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Subject matter expert in area of clinical specialization
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates high impact presentation skills that enhances understanding and buy-in
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions with confidence
- Aptitude to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
- Adaptability to realign initiatives quickly to meet shifts in the market
- High integrity and ethical behaviour
- High degree of self awareness
