Training Specialist

Job Function Summary:
Design, implement, maintain, and improve the training and development system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the organization's internal policies. Their primary function is to guarantee that all employees are trained, competent, and up-to-date on the procedures applicable to their roles.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Lead the organization's training and development system, ensuring its alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs.
- Design and maintain training curricula for each position, linking them to job descriptions.
- Implement and manage a control and traceability system that demonstrates the relationship between job descriptions, curricula, and training records, as well as ensuring that
- training is completed on time.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of initial, recurring, and refresher training.
- Ensure that training programs are designed, developed, delivered, evaluated, updated, and standardized according to the training procedure.
- Monitor compliance with the annual training plan and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the documentation, control, and filing of training records in accordance with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, etc.).
- Collaborate with area leaders to identify training needs and promote the continuous development of staff.
- Review staff attendance records.
- Participate in the analysis of nonconformities when necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Responsible for:
- Perform your duties in accordance with established guidelines.
- Report any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelines to the supervisor.
- Point out any inefficiencies in the system.
- Take responsibility for the safety aspects identified for the position.
- Ensure that employees receive appropriate training.
- Ensure knowledge of the Quality and Sustainability Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related positions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industries
- Flexible schedule based on company needs.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum B1 level of English
- Conduct aligned with Coloplast's values
- Previous experience as a facilitator/trainer
Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Quality areas / Training
- Certified trainer/facilitator
- Training in Lean Manufacturing and its tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Experience in the medical sector.

- Must be able to transfer skills and knowledge to other team members.
- Able to speak in front of a group, as well as one-on-one with an individual.

- An understanding of the importance of a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in their area of work.
