Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with managers, teams, and key stakeholders to build organizational and people capabilities, drive employee engagement, and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. This role partners with HR team on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives, including program design, policy development, budgeting, analysis, and implementation of HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general support.
  • Support employee relations by advising managers on complex issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices. Oversee procedures related to disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee sick leave.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to support daily activities, including salary reviews, benefit administration, and compensation analysis.
  • Lead or support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs; monitor outcomes and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management review and decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of organizational needs and provide data-driven HR solutions.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing, with equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, HR Generalist functions, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written)
