Business Support Manager, Hungary

We are looking for a business-oriented professional to join our Hungary organization in a hybrid role combining finance business partnering, performance management, commercial support, and operational coordination.
This is not a traditional accounting or pure controlling role. We are looking for someone with strong financial foundations who has evolved into a broader business and strategic profile, with the ability to support cross-functional operations and business execution.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong background in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance
- Additional exposure to Strategy, Performance Management, Operations, Supply Chain Coordination, or Consulting is considered an advantage
- Experience in MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare is a plus
- Consulting background is considered an advantage
Ideal Profile
- Started career in Finance / Controlling and later expanded into broader business-facing responsibilities
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities combined with commercial and operational understanding
- Comfortable supporting both financial and commercial decision-making
- Able to translate data into actionable business insights
- Capable of coordinating across functions, including HQ alignment and operational follow-up
Key Responsibilities
- Act as business partner to local leadership
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and business performance tracking
- Support commercial excellence initiatives, including:
- customer segmentation
- targeting
- sales performance analysis
- business case development
- Coordinate with HQ on planning, reporting, and operational topics
- Support operational and supply chain coordination activities, including:
- forecasting and demand planning support
- coordination with global supply chain teams
- monitoring stock levels and supply risks
- supporting order planning and follow-up
- ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and operational execution
- Improve reporting transparency and business processes
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
- Ensure strong execution and follow-through across business priorities

- Pure accounting profile
- Traditional controller focused mainly on reporting/compliance
- Candidate with limited business partnering exposure
