
The Warehouse Associate II is a critical role to the rest of the DC being able to perform. Supporting Cycle counting and Scrapping activities. Processing of customer return of goods, inventory accuracy, and managing shipping process. You will be expected to perform an array of functions that may include Order Start, Troubleshooting (T/S) tasks, Sampling and Kitting, Inbound Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Transportation Management System (TMS), and/or Return Specialist.

Major Areas of Accountability
|
- Execution of daily cycle counts and material replenishments to meet the guidelines for inventory accuracy, for order turnover, and for receiving.
- Receives incoming customer returns. Investigates, documents, and provides data of customer complaints.
- Responsible for entering Non Integrated Carrier (NIC) information into carriers web portal and transfer of all information to E1 for ASN tracking.
- Ensure adherence to approved Coloplast standard processes and procedures
- Ensure damage items and override carts are cleared daily
- Coordinates new hire training and recertification of tenured associate training on RF equipment, inbound receipts, outbound shipments to include both parcel, samples, and freight
- Conduct skill needs assessments to identify skill/knowledge gaps and training objectives
- Document each training program and module properly
- Responsible for updating MRP relevant data
- Usage of planning tools in E1 e.g., ERP, MRP, and WMS for daily planning of raw materials, intermediated, and finish goods
- Support the change request process with carrying out relevant activities
- Complete documentation and review of records required for inspections, audits, and corrective actions (including device history records and non-conformance reports)
- Deal with order and stock requests both from internal and external channels (Email, Phone, etc)
- Work closely with Supervisor or Warehouse Manager to manage order flow into the warehouse in line with available capacities through releasing and sorting activities
- To support and actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and make work place improvement suggestions.
- To personally maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout working day and to ensure that any issue is brought to attention of a supervisor or Warehouse Manager

The position holder is authorized to make quality related decisions and handle lot status codes in E1 after being trained.

Basic Qualifications
|
- Demonstrable numeracy skills
- Basic PC skills including proven keyboard basic, MS office skills, and have used a RF scanners or similar system
- Willingness to learn Material Handling Equipment certification or MHE experience.

Preferred Qualifications
|
- Warehouse or Production environment experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of working to good distribution principles, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Knowledge and a good understanding of OSHA

- Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $23. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation for applicable experience and may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives.
