Product Owner (Commercial)

Job Summary / Purpose

Working closely together with the business, we utilize customer insights to develop our CRM platform and other commercial platforms. Our focus is on crafting intuitive and user-friendly solutions for our business users to better be able to serve our customers every day.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

As our product owner, you will be part of driving our development efforts.

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from across the local and global commercial organization to understand their business needs, prioritizing business ambition & functions accordingly.
  • Translating business requirements into new solutions, that can enable seamless, high quality customer interactions.
  • You will own change management plan including solution assessment, testing and training. Prioritising tasks in agile sprints and securing hand-over to the development teams.
  • You will work with vendor’s technical teams to define solution and initiate development.
  • Overseeing all aspects of solution development, from front-end enhancements to back-end integrations.

Qualifications

  • Commercial or IT bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working as product owner or within IT-related project management
  • Experience with developing CRM platforms is considered an asset
  • Solid stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Speak and write English fluently
