工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

- You will be part of Coloplast China WC BU Marketing department and will work together with Coloplast global Headquarters to align and continuously improve our product positioning and marketing tactics
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing product positioning, marketing strategies and tactics/activity plans for the China market. Aligned with the WC business strategy your marketing plans will set the direction for WC BU sales force to meet sales and market share targets
主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, marketing strategy and tactics/activity plan for the China market in line with global and local business strategy
- Plan and execute marketing programs and activities including academic conferences, external sponsorships, advisory board meetings, national & regional events and case competitions according to yearly marketing plan
- Design and update promotion toolbox such as call aid, key visual, program brochure, promotional items for marketing campaigns working together with 3rd party agencies
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify future market opportunities/challenges
- Analyse sales performance and design & implement initiatives to improve results
- Optimize product portfolio in line with global and local business strategy including leading new product launches
- Build and strengthen relationship with KOLs and LOLs to strengthen product preference
- Develop marketing training material and execute employee training together with training department
任职资格Job Qualifications
- Master degree in medical science, marketing or business management
- Medical university background is preferred
- More than 5 years’ working experience in PM position within pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Sales experience is preferred
