工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

  •  Focus on the hospital market for ostomy care, develop and execute Coloplast's digital promotion strategies and activities for ostomy care products. This includes operating Coloplast's WeChat official account for ostomy care in the hospital market, implementing online academic activities targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs), and supporting digital platforms for third-party patient education organized by medical societies and hospitals for patients.

    
主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  •  Formulation and implementation of Coloplast digital marketing strategies for ostomy care in the hospital market
  •  Plan and execute digital marketing activities for ostomy care in the hospital market, including operating the WeChat official account for ostomy care in Coloplast's hospital market, implementing online academic activities targeted at HCPs, and supporting the digital platforms for third-party patient education organized by medical societies and hospitals for patients.
  • Collaborate in cross-departmental cooperation, including with the CBU, CC sales team, and PAMA team, to provide digital marketing support for the hospital channel, and assist the sales team in achieving performance targets. 
  •   Continuously pay attention to the digital development trends, application of new technologies, as well as changes in policies and regulations in the medical device industry. 
  •  Timely collect industry information and technological developments, and provide forward-looking suggestions for the adjustment of the company's digital marketing strategies and activity plans for the hospital channel.


任职资格Job Qualifications 

  •  A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in marketing, e-commerce, digital media, and medical devices are preferred.
  •  2 years of experience in digital marketing. Candidates with experience in digital marketing in industries such as medical devices, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals are preferred.

  •  Good English skill (including writing, reading and oral)
  •  Highly self-motivated

 

技能Skills

  •  Have certain copywriting and design capabilities, and be able to create attractive marketing content, including forms such as graphics, texts, and videos.
  • Good analytical skills 
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Be familiar with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media platform operations
