岗位目标Job Purpose
The Commercial Development team aims to identify new business opportunities and increase salesforce productivity through diligent strategy work, business development projects as well as a continuous strive to improve Commercial Excellence and Salesforce efficiency (SFE) processes.
As Commercial Excellence Manager you will take on a key role in the team by driving- and supporting on Commercial Excellence processes and SFE initiatives across the China Advanced Wound Dressing organization. You will take part in annual strategic planning and work together with our sales and marketing organization to ensure strong execution of the China Advanced Wound Dressing commercial priorities.
岗位职责Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and implement Commercial Excellence processes across the China AWD organization
- Support the AWD BU by providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis, performance reports, with the purpose of improving execution, business strategies implementation and overall business performance.
- Transform the insights collected through internal and external data sources into valuable information for both the business departments and the local management team to identify business opportunities.
- Responsible for sales force design and SFE projects, leading target setting, and participate in the AWD team annual business plan development
- Facilitate the monthly performance review process for the AWD BU, including preparing the monthly performance review material.
- Prepare and attend national and regional meetings, and provide training to the sales team for new reports and account management tools usage etc.
- Support Head of Commercial Development on deliverables to HQ, and ad hoc analysis
- Participate in strategic projects across departments and follow up with related teams
任职资格Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in analytical roles, preferable within Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Finance or Consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable within marketing, finance or economics

- Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach, able to generate insights through quantitative and qualitative inputs from internal and external sources
- Strong communication skills and be able to clearly communicate complex message to execution teams and drive alignment between teams
- Experience in Sales force design, SFE, target setting and incentive structures and project management
- Active and independent thinker, with abilities to influence stakeholders cross-functionally and support management on decision making
- Good English (Written and Spoken)
