Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate programme for those striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.


The programme consists of two 12 month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you will get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.


After completing the programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 


Welcome to Wound & Skin Care China Marketing

The department is organized in 3 areas:


Product Management – This area is responsible for planning and execution of product related strategies in China in close collaboration with our HQ function. The function is based in Beijing. Today we have 3 product managers and a marketing assistant.


Regional Marketing – This area is responsible for the regional execution of our national ABP and regional commercial priorities in close collaboration with the sales team. The function is based in Beijing, Wuhan, Nanjing and Guangzhou. Today, we have 4 regional marketing supervisors and a team leader.


Medical Marketing – This function is responsible for our Pipeline work together with our HQ function, KOL strategy at national and regional level and work around Clinical evidence at local and global level and finally implementation of our educational strategy (Coloplast Professional, HEAL program, EWMA & AtH projects). Today we have 2 specialists and a team leader.

Starting no later than July 1st, 2022, you’ll spend the first half of the programme as part of WSC Marketing in Beijing, China, accelerating your skills to assist plan and execute digital marketing programs including company WeChat public account, SEO/SEM, company website & digital ecosystem maintenance, which support overall brand awareness, communication, and demand generation initiatives.


After completing the first half of the programme, you will get to embark on an adventure to join the Global Marketing team in Wound & Skin Care at our HQ in Denmark. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate programme. 


Key responsibilities

Joining the team as graduate, you will be responsible for, among others, brand building and digital communication of Coloplast wound care in professional/consumer channels. In addition to this, your key responsibilities will cover:

  • Lead 2B and 2C digital strategy formulation to boost brand awareness and user engagement on WeChat accounts, company official website, and e-commerce platform
  • Collaborate with product management team to optimize content in digital communication channels
  • Design product public homepage of e-commerce channel/platform by working with consumer marketing team
  • Design and implement business process to drive digital marketing content generation and communication
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaign
  • Identify and build partnership with both paid advertisement and social platforms
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing programs
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies


We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades and experience
  • Have between 0-3 years of work experience post-graduation
  • Are hungry and passionate to drive and achieve business results
  • Are curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Have experience living and working in different cultures
  • Are mobile and flexible with a desire and capacity to live and work abroad
  • Are motivated to join a growing, innovative company
  • Are fluent in English (other languages a plus)
