工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
The Business Development and Commercial Excellence Manager acts as business sparring partner for the Chronic Care hospital team. By providing value adding business insights the position assists the Chronic Care hospital team in optimizing sales force design and sales force efficiency. The position drives the performance review process and ensures that the Chronic Care hospital team understand the performance and the link to the strategy. The Insights are delivered by collecting and analysing relevant data, obtained through internal stakeholders, systems and external 3rd party data providers. The overall purpose is to assist in improving business strategies and commercial decisions for Coloplast China to remain and build on the current market leader position in Ostomy Care. This candidate should possess strong analytical and presentation skills to continually improve our business tracking methodologies and reporting and to make this useful for the stakeholders. This role will work with Coloplast global Comex team to align our business performance measures and reporting. |

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Support the Chronic Care hospital team by providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis, performance reports, with the purpose of improving execution, business strategies and overall business performance.
Responsible for sales force design and SFE projects, leading target setting, and participate in the Chronic Care hospital team yearly incentive plan
Transform the insights, collected through internal and external data sources, into valuable information for both the business departments and the local management team to identify opportunities.
Facilitate the monthly performance review process for the Chronic Care hospital team, including preparing the monthly performance review material.
Train the sales teams in new reports, incentive structures etc.
Prepare and attend national and regional meetings.
Participate in strategic projects across departments and with Global marketing teams.
Ad hoc requests.
任职资格Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above within marketing, finance, economics or similar.
5 year’s experiences in business analysis role supporting commercial functions (sales and marketing). Preferably in healthcare industry.

Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach and an ability to identify and report on data trends
Experience in Sales force design, SFE, target setting and incentive structures and project management
Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management
Good English (Written and Spoken)

Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications) Good analytical skills (including knowledge of research software and systems) |
