The job

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process based on business needs.
  • Control recruitment quality in align with the KPI settings.
  • Work on recruitment related reports, system, process, assessment tool, etc.
  • Support HRBP to implement HR related process, including People Review, Objective settings, Employee Survey, promotion, etc.
  • Support HRBP on employment /labour relation cases if needed.
  • Work on HR related data reports and analysis.
  • Participate in / Lead HR related project, coordinate and cooperate with associates internally and externally to make sure the project is successful.
  • Implement all the other tasks assigned by HRBP.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in management or related
  • At least 2 years working experience in recruitment and 5 years overall HR working experience
