Als Consumer Process Coordinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze Coloplast verpleegkundigen, gebruikers en het team van Call Specialisten. Dankzij jouw inzet starten gebruikers goed geïnformeerd en met vertrouwen aan hun therapie. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratie, duidelijke communicatie en een warme begeleiding. Kortom: jij bent de motor achter een zorgeloze gebruikerservaring!

💼 Wat ga je doen?

• Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe gebruikers en begeleidt hen bij de administratie rond terugbetaling en productgebruik.
• Je neemt contact op met apotheken, licht onze producten toe en zorgt voor een vlot bestelproces.
• Samen met de Call Specialisten zorg je voor een volledig en correct gebruikersdossier.
• Je voorziet onze verpleegkundigen van alle essentiële informatie zodat zij gebruikers optimaal kunnen opleiden.
• Je ondersteunt de Consumer Care Team Lead bij het verzamelen en verwerken van data.

👤 Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een bachelor diploma
• Je hebt 2–3 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een soortgelijke functie. Ervaring bij een zorgverzekeraar? Dat is een plus!
• Je bent hands-on, proactief en houdt van een uitdaging.
• Je werkt vlot met CRM-systemen (liefst Salesforce.com) en bent sterk in Microsoft Office (vooral Excel & PowerPoint).
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Frans. Engels is mooi meegenomen!
