As a Benelux Business Coordinator you ensure operational efficiency. You will have direct contact with customers. You coordinate, organize and support the sales & marketing department. You will be in direct line with local customer support (BE & NL) enhancing customer contracts and pricing administration. You will manage business projects and analyse commercial data. 

Key responsabilities:

  • Ensuring Operational Efficiency Benelux: Acting as the point of contact for customers (with a strategic, commercial attitude) and internal stakeholders, helps streamline operations, which supports overall business efficiency.
  • Provides a comprehensive administrative support to the (local) marketing, sales and customer support department.
  • Contract and pricing administration, direct link with local customer support (Be and NL) and commercial manager
  • Manages the total tender process
  • Various projects as assigned to support the commercial manager, sales team, local marketing team and local customer support team.
  • Updates and enhances SFDC database when in contact with customers, to prepare for marketing and sales activities and keep the customer database up to date
  • Prepares sales data in cosa and power BI for projects with customers as assigned by commercial manager (able to analyse in excel and PowerBI)
  • Supports and communicates with the Medical Device Tariff Submissions procedure where applicable, build relation with members of BeMedTech, Nefemed, Mdeon, RIZIV, APB and remain up to date of new reimbursement regulation and registration demands.
  • Organises and coordinates customer meetings including advisory boards, focus groups, speaker events, and education sessions
  • Works collaboratively with internal (local marketing, global colleagues) and external groups, including advertising agency, designers, vendors, printers, and promotion companies
  • Responsible for printing, planning the inventory of marketing material.
  • Database management including processing of invoices, maintenance of contractual agreements etc.
  • Keeps track of Marketing and sales related costs. Ability to make analysis and comparison against budget
  • General administration: travel, accomodation, meetings, attendance certificates

Your profile:

  • Strategic and Commercial Mindset: Ability to think strategically and work on long-term plans together with commercial manager
  • Business Acumen: Able to learn to have a strong understanding of the Wound & Skin Care (WSC) business Benelux and market dynamics.
  • Passion and Tenacity: Commitment to making a difference for clients and achieving business goals.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent at building relationships and communicating assertively yet respectfully, pro-active and able to work even under stress. Eager to learn.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and meticulous, especially in managing the tender process and supportive admin
  • Flexibility to work in both offices in BE and NL
  • Stress resistant due to ad hoc tasks 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor/Master in business, marketing, or health sciences.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, powerBI is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written French, Dutch and English communicating skills
  • Prior experience working in medical devices industry is an asset
