Junior HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

In this role you will support the dutch organization as HR Business Partner and you are the talent acquisition partner for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will be responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. On top of that you will be part of a growing international Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Business Partner community.

What you will do?

  • Partnering with business, supporting managers to lead the departments and organization
  • Implementing global initiatives and working together on projects with the HR Lead for the Netherlands
  • Managing full recruitment processes from A to Z
  • Manage the assessments (SHL) and debrief the assessment report to the candidate; to make recommendations to hiring managers 
  • Participate in various (global) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes;
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed;

 

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or in HR business partnering; a good understanding of the Dutch and Belgium is a benefit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field;
  • Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems;
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines;
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent (both written and spoken) in Dutch and English;
  • Willingness to travel to Belgium on occasion.

 

Preferred (not a must, but a plus) Qualifications

 

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for the purpose of sourcing talent
  • Experience with SuccessFactors
  • Experience recruiting in the Medical Device industry
  • Able to speak and write in French
