Senior Market Manager OC

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Market Manager. Together with you, Coloplast wants to make life easier_ for people with intimate healthcare needs. 

 

How can you make life easier_ for ostomates? 
It all starts with listening…. and from this point you will develop, implement and communicate the marketing strategy, driving the marketing plan and subsequently ensure a solid execution of the activity plan for the product portfolio of Ostomy Care by multi-channel approach.

 

What will be your key responsibilities? 
Of course, primarily you will be responsible for achieving the revenue as agreed upon in the Annual Business Plan. 

You will lead the OC marketing team, which consists of a Consumer Marketeer, a Product Manager and a Marketing Coordinator. You will drive multiple initiatives contributing to the sales performance, but also adding value to the life of ostomates. 

You are cross-functionally working on the marketing strategy of Ostomy Care with Global Marketing in Denmark, patient organizations and healthcare professionals and internally with the Management Team, Sales and your direct reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise and leadership skills to drive growth and success in a challenging ostomy market.


To be considered for this role, you also must have:

  • A BSc or MSc  in Business and/or Marketing, demonstrating your academic background and commitment to professional development
  • 10+ Years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with people management in a sales and marketing organization.
  • Fluently English and preferably also Dutch,  highlighting your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds 
  • Exceptional planning, communication and presenting skills showing your ability to effectively plan and execute strategies, present ideas and data to stakeholders, and build relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others by being an energetic and positive personality, showing your ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and fact-based skills in order to interpret market data and define solutions for growth in a decreasing market, emphasizing your ability to make strategic and data-driven decisions 
  • Proficient computer skills, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and CRM databases (Salesforce.com), emphasizing your ability to work effectively with technology and data.
