Your Role
As Head of Sales Force Effectiveness & Training Benelux, you will own the strategy and execution of sales training and effectiveness for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This is a newly created position with a clear mandate: to elevate the skills, mindset, and performance of our sales teams across multiple channels. You will design and deliver programs that empower our teams to excel in consultative selling and portfolio-based solutions. In this role you will report directly to the Commercial Director Benelux and work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing and Global Sales Excellence. 


What You Will Do
•    Develop a strategic sales training roadmap tailored to each country and business area.
•    Design and roll out structured training cycles with clear KPI's and competency frameworks.
•    Deliver impactful group training sessions and coaching programs (in-person and virtual).
•    Assess competencies and identify training needs across teams.
•    Drive onboarding excellence for new sales hires, focusing on consultative selling and value-based conversations.
•    Support and inspire Sales Managers in team development initiatives.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
•    Monitor training effectiveness through reporting and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales force effectiveness with proven results.
•    Strong background in healthcare, pharma, or MedTech is a big plus.
•    Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a structured, strategic mindset.
•    Ability to influence and connect across countries and functions.
•    Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and a strong drive for results.
•    Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
•    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
•    Willingness to travel regularly within the Benelux region.
