We have an opening for a Jr Product Manager to join our Bowel Management (BM) marketing team. Bowel Management is a fast pace fast growing area within Coloplast. We provide relevant solutions for people with intimate healthcare needs. Your work will positively impact the lives of people aged +3 months old up to the eldest people around; ranging from patients & carers to healthcare professionals. You can make a difference for a large number of people!

What you will do?

 

Product- and Market Knowledge:

  • You have up-to-date product knowledge and understands pricing & reimbursement landscape
  • You are able to translate market dynamics and information gathered from HCP customers into value propositions, innovation and marketing tactics
  • You act as a source of information about all product questions within the product group
  • You’ll do continued market analysis

 

Execution and marketing communication:

  • You develop and present products and campaigns for implementation to internal stakeholders, such as sales
  • You lead a cross functional approach with key stakeholders when developing, aligning & implementing the market approach
  • You are responsible for developing campaigns based on strategic and tactical plan
  • You’ll present & train internal & external stakeholders

 

Sales- and Relationship management:

  • You maintains and build relations and contacts with HCPs and patient organisation / consumer panel;
  • You work with customer groups to obtain feedback on current- and next generation products;

 

What are we looking for?

  • Master in Business, Marketing preferred or bachelor in Business, Marketing with experience
  • Strong commercial focus with relevant work experience in healthcare marketing (min. 2 years). Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Potential with growth ambitions
  • Strongly developed skills in the field of MS Office and SalesForce
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
