Students & Graduates

  • Global Graduate Program

Our Global Graduate Program is a talent program for top students with a potential and drive for leadership. It is a full-time, three-year program attracting graduates with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Science, and Engineering.

Our 18-month rotations guarantee that graduates can take on responsibility within key projects. One of the rotations will be based at our Global HQ and the other at a subsidiary office. After completing the Global Graduate Program, we expect graduates will continue working with us on a permanent contract.

  • Master Thesis

Every year we open our doors to ambitious students who want to stand out from the crowd, test their strengths and broaden their skills while writing their Master’s Thesis. At Coloplast you will do so on a real-life business case. You can choose among different areas depending on your area of study and interests.

We will provide you with onboarding introducing you to Coloplast, an internal sponsor to make sure you can navigate in our organization, and an office space at our HQ in Denmark. There will also be Challenger Board sessions throughout the program where you will present and get feedback from senior Coloplast business leaders.

Applications for the 2021/2022 Master Thesis Program opens in August 2021, and the program will run from January to May 2022.

  • Internship

At Coloplast we believe that an internship is a great way for students to gain valuable work experience.

You will have an opportunity to put theory into practice by working on impactful projects, helping fulfill our mission of making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from around the world who share a passion for making a difference. Internships are offered both at our headquarters in Denmark and at our subsidiaries across the globe. Many of our interns end up getting jobs at Coloplast, continuing the work they started as interns and moving forward in their careers.

  • Student assistant

Our students work in student jobs to acquire new skills and support themselves through school. We encourage students to pursue relevant experience and offer student jobs across the company.

You will enjoy the same responsibilities as an experienced professional, matching your level. You will have independent tasks where you learn and grow and be a part of our workplace where people depend on you and include you in projects.

We will raise your skill level, acquaint you to the ways of the workplace and expect you to deliver tangible results. We get our own coffee.
