Service Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Coloplast and Comfort Medical service training programs to enhance standardization, tracking, compliance, and elevate the learner experience.

 

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Coordinate training logistics for newly hired and existing service team employees, including but not limited to organizing, planning, scheduling, assigning, and communicating training events and classes.
  • Manage training content and resources in a centralized location.
  • Assign, manage, and track online learning related to service training programs.
  • Create and update course materials to reflect changes in processes or systems, and according to applicable content review processes.
  • Track, document and report training participation and completion according to the department-defined procedure.
  • Track, document and report training assessment metrics in a centralized scorecard.
  • Manage planning, logistics, venue selection, contracts, communications, & rooming lists for training and service team off-site meetings.
  • Manage assigning & tracking of compliance and credentialing related training.
  • Manage assigning and tracking of initial and annual role-specific competency certifications.
  • Maintain compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for all work.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Medicare/Medicaid policies and federal/state regulations that affect fulfillment activities and maintain compliance with same.
  • Collaborate with training managers, contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Comfort Medical employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the MedTech Code of Conduct, and company policies.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful learning and development and/or training coordination experience.
  • Experience administering learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Efficient time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Able to travel up to 15% (domestic and/or global).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience developing eLearning.
  • Experience in training content creation or technical writing.
  • Experience in healthcare, contact center, and/or DME industry.

    • Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is $30.71. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation for applicable experience and may also be eligible for bonuses and/or incentives.  Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
