  • Execute initiatives and drive incremental revenue by managing our Account Representatives, product lines and working with respective departments to achieve success.


Major Areas of Accountability

  • Execute initiatives to drive incremental revenue
  • Manage Account Representatives and Product upgrade
  • Work with Sales Managers to develop and execute focused efforts on Reorder & Customer Service, Winback campaigns, as well as product upgrade initiatives
  • Build and implement strategies & programs to meet and exceed the goals with respect to Reorder, Customer Service and Product Management
  • Participate in staff meetings to communicate status of team performance and current initiatives
  • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Prioritize plans and manage strategically
  • Significantly contribute to the company's growth and excellent reputation
  • Meet and exceed expected goals of this role
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures with an emphasis on professional behavior
  • Maintain compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) HIPAA for all work
  • Remain knowledgeable of Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect activities, and maintain compliance with same
  • Assist with other duties as required
