HCP Specialist

  • Facilitate cross functional alignment to maximize Comfort Medical’s lead performance. This position is responsible for monitoring and expediating Comfort Medical leads through fulfillment. This role also provides recommendations to ensure our company performance and patient experience remain at the highest level.

 

Major Areas of Accountability

 

  • Assist in order processes, coordinate workflows and monitor orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure quality expectations across consumer teams
  • Offer input when evaluating internal strategy for creating a physician-centric culture while
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and & Customer Service manager to develop and execute focused efforts on intake strategies with emphasis on real-time operations
  • Monitor the HCP referral team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements  
  • Handle escalated customer calls for resolution and give after-sales support when requested
  • Identify and support opportunities for training and quality improvement across consumer teams
  • Have accurate knowledge and understanding of products and services offered by the Comfort Medical
  • Facilitate efforts to optimize consumer experience for continued company growth and success and reputation
  • Meet and exceed expected goals of this role
  • Prioritize plans and manage strategically
  • Assist with other duties as required
  • Responsible for analyzing customer-specific information, including intake data, sales data, financial data, and operational data
  • Provide rapid impact, strategic insights for the team to support sustainable growth and offer an on-going assessment reviews as well as competitive trend tracking and evaluation
  • Provide appropriate recommendations for future data resource needs
  • Special projects and information requests as they arise
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures with an emphasis on professional behavior
  • Maintain compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) HIPAA for all work
  • Remain knowledgeable of Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect activities and maintain compliance

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years direct customer/consumer work experience
  • 2+ years leadership / workforce experience
  • 2+ years quality assurance experience
