Comfort Medical, a wholly-owned subisidiary of Coloplast Corp, has an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you will:

• Manage the product categories
• Responsible for ensuring marketing and promotional actives are executed, analyzed, and continually refined to drive growth according to the defined business objectives.
• Work with Sales Ops & CS Manager to develop and execute efforts that contribute to company growth
• Build and implement strategies to meet the goals with respect to category management.
• Prioritize plans and manage strategically.
• Significantly contribute to the company’s growth and excellent reputation.
• Provides category insights and proposals by analyzing marketing and customer data
• Uncover key category opportunities which impact brands and develop solutions
• Researching and analyzing trends in sales and consumer behavior.
• Identify leverage opportunities, work with procurement, negotiate contracts and supply agreements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors
• Remain knowledgeable of Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect activities
• Assist with other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience
• Previous healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field
